Connect an AI assistant

the305Home Studio can be driven from ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP-capable assistant. Copy the address below, then follow the steps for the assistant you use.

Once connected, the assistant can browse the drop calendar, pull a drop's full brief, search the product library and retailers, and score candidates against the 305 rubric. You sign in with your Studio account during setup, so it only ever sees what you can see.

Connect

ChatGPT

  1. 01Open Settings → Apps → Advanced and turn on Developer mode, reading the risk notice shown there. If it isn't available, ask a ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 02Open the new plugin dialog.
  3. 03Enter the305Home Studio as the name and paste the Studio address above into the URL field.
  4. 04Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. 05Enable the app from the chat composer and ask ChatGPT to use the Studio.

Claude

  1. 01Open the custom connector dialog — the name and address are filled in for you.
  2. 02Review the details and click Add.
  3. 03If the prefilled form doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose “Add custom connector”, name it the305Home Studio and paste the Studio address.
  4. 04Enable the connector from the chat composer and ask Claude to use the Studio.

Claude Code

    Run this in a terminal:

  2. 02Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm the Studio is connected, signing in from that menu when prompted.
  3. 03Ask Claude Code to use the Studio.

Other MCP clients

  1. 01Open the assistant's MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 02Create a new remote MCP server connection.
  3. 03Name it the305Home Studio and paste the Studio address above.
  4. 04Finish any sign-in or authorization prompt.
  5. 05Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use the Studio.

Refresh after the Studio changes

A connected assistant remembers what the Studio could do when it first connected. After the Studio is updated, refresh the connection so it picks up the latest.

ChatGPT

  1. 01Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select the305Home Studio.
  2. 02Scroll to “Information” and click Refresh.
  3. 03ChatGPT can't change an existing app's address — if it changed, delete the app and repeat the connect steps with the latest one.
  4. 04Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use the Studio.

Claude

  1. 01Open the Connectors page and select the305Home Studio.
  2. 02Refresh or update the connector's tools.
  3. 03Claude can't change an existing connector's address — if it changed, remove the connector and repeat the connect steps.
  4. 04Ask Claude to use the Studio.

Claude Code

  1. 01Start a new Claude Code session — it reloads the Studio on connect.
  2. 02If the address changed, run claude mcp remove the305home-studio, then run the install command again with the latest address.
  3. 03Ask Claude Code to use the Studio.

Other MCP clients

  1. 01Open the assistant's MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 02Select the connection created for the Studio.
  3. 03Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 04If the address changed, paste the latest one from above.
  5. 05Start a new chat or session and ask the assistant to use the Studio.
